MECHANICS:
1. Entry Fee is $25.00
2. Kids must be accompanied by their parents or family members.
3. All nationalities, races, and beliefs are all welcome to join the contest.
4. Participants should register their entries 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date in order for the committee to organize their talents respectively.
5. Open to only 5 to 13 year old children. Prepare birth certificates in case of disputes.
6. Winners will be determined through the most number of votes from the audience. (Written votes required).
7. Judges will be available to ensure and finalize all winners.
8. Champions and Runner-ups will only be declared as winners.
